Bandit Bakery

Bandit Bakery sets itself apart in Vyronas with a focus on diverse breads, handmade pies, sandwiches, and croissants, all prepared daily in-house. The savory offerings, led by chef Dinos Foteinakis, are matched by a pastry selection from the NZ Pastry team, featuring collaborations between Zisis Goundas, Nikola Nikolopoulos, and Giannis Asproulis.

Among the highlights is a croissant filled with rice pudding and milk caramel, blending Greek comfort with classic viennoiserie. Neighborhood roots run deep—Bandit is the creation of two locals who returned to transform their area’s bakery scene. Alongside the baked goods, coffee and other drinks round out the daily menu.
