Sydny Bagels opened in February 2026 in a renovated Talat Noi building on Charoen Krung 24 — chewy bagels, breakfast for the old-town art walk, one of Time Out’s 20 best new cafés of 2026. The boil-and-bake is the argument; the street is why you don’t eat it in a mall.
