Heard Burger Covent Garden

Heard Burger’s third outpost brings its signature smash burgers to Covent Garden, occupying a former Byron site. The focus remains on well-sourced, British beef, aged for a minimum of 28 days and served in potato buns. Burgers include the Heard, stacked with double smash patties, jalapeño hot honey, Ogleshield cheese, white onion and a secret sauce, reflecting chef Jordan Bailey’s background in Michelin kitchens and his drive to elevate everyday comfort food.

This branch introduces a unique twist beneath street level: a speakeasy-style dessert bar, where cocktails are designed to pair with the burgers. The downstairs menu lists Hot Apple Pie, Brûlée Cheesecake, Milk Soft Serve, ice cream sandwiches and sundaes. The dual-floor set-up merges familiar burger classics with a dessert and cocktail experience rarely seen in London burger spots.
