Nettle occupies the 5th-floor rooftop of The Conduit, distinguished by its fire-led approach to modern British cooking and a menu deeply shaped by the seasons. Led by chef Will Devlin, who also launched Birchwood on the ground floor, the restaurant highlights locally sourced produce from trusted farmers, growers, and fishermen.

The influence of Covent Garden’s market heritage is evident in both the menu and the ethos. Dishes focus on bold, honest flavours with fire-cooked preparations at their core. A curated selection of natural wines, seasonal cocktails, and local beers accompanies meals.
