This Saint-Honoré outpost is the latest chapter in SUGO's Paris expansion, led by Arthur Dumait since 2023. Like its predecessors, SUGO Osteria focuses on fresh pasta made in-house and straightforward, traditional Italian recipes using carefully sourced ingredients.

Dishes rotate through Italian standards such as carbonara, cacio e pepe, and polpette, with recent menu additions like vitello tonnato, arancini, cotoletta alla milanese, and osso buco. Service runs daily, covering both lunch and dinner, and a terrace appears during warmer months. Delivery and takeaway options also feature.
