Signature options include protein bowls and salads built around punchy flavors—like The GOAT, which pairs sweet potato, cherry tomatoes, tangy pickled onions, goat cheese, pecans, and a lively Green Goddess sauce, or the Middle Feast bowl, blending spinach, spiced chickpeas, pomegranate salad, hummus, and Cajun chicken.
