Utopic

Utopic is the first signature cocktail bar by multi-starred chef Anne-Sophie Pic, found within the Fondation Cartier and envisioned as a space for cross-disciplinary creativity. The extensive menu, devised as a liquid extension of Pic’s culinary world, brings together infusions, extracts, and aromatic elements, resulting in cocktails that echo her gastronomic sensibility.

Alongside the drinks is a range of contemporary small plates overseen by Pic, inspired by classic French “finger food” and sharing plates both savory and sweet. The space itself, designed by the agency Moinard Bétaille with creative contributions from artists and designers including Olga Prader and David Vallance, fosters an artful and intimate atmosphere anchored by its central counter. Utopic positions itself not only as a bar but as a meeting point for mixology, cuisine, and the influences of Parisian contemporary art.
